Fifth international NIS HR conference on the synergy of business and human resources management

The conference titled “E-Being@Work” will focus on the strategic role of human resources in business success in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The participants in the event will discuss various challenges of accelerated technological development that are faced by all areas of business. How should the strategy of human resources be transformed in order to meet the needs of business environment in the years to come? What is the effect of digitization on employees and how can it become a partner to companies in increasing employee satisfaction? What are the trends in employee benefits and rewards? What are the styles of management and corporate culture ushered in by the digital age? Those are some of the questions to be discussed by the participants of the conference. Among the speakers at this year’s conference are numerous members of the business community, including Dejan Turk, the CEO of VIP mobile and A1 Slovenia, experienced consultants from international consulting companies such as Spencer Stuart, Boston Consulting Group, PWC, C-Team, and many others. One of the guests is Elena Surmeyko of Gazprom Neft, who will share her experiences with culture transformation. The conference will be held at NIS company headquarters in Belgrade (1, Milentija Popovića Street), from 8:30am to 5pm, and the official language of the event is English. NIS Group in Serbia and countries in the region employs around 11,000 people and continuously invests in their professional development. In 2018 alone, the funds invested for those purposes reached nearly RSD 240m.
