In addition, candidates at the stand can submit their resumes or submit them by e-mail, in accordance with the NIS strategy to digitalize its business over the coming period. In 2017, NIS invested nearly 200 million dinars in employee training, and the company’s concept of permanent learning and employee competence development was awarded the first Talent Management Award in Serbia in 2016. Our company’s strategic orientation is to enable the best young experts to have their first professional steps in NIS after completing their education. One of these programs is NIS Chance, which has been continuously implemented since 2012 and last year saw more than 100 young people being employed in the company.
