NIS farming out its participating interest in 2 production blocks in Angola, shallow offshore Lower Congo Basin

Naftna Industrija Srbije (or NIS) j.s.c. is considering offers for its participation interest of 4% in two offshore blocks located in Angola. Block 3/05  and block 3/05a  are located in shallow waters (with depth of 45 to 102 meters) in the Lower Congo Basin. Operator is Sonangol P&P. Block 3/05 consists of eight mature producing fields: Bufalo, Cobo, Impala, Impala SE, Oombo, Pacassa, Palanca and Pambi. Block 3/05A consists of one producing field (Caco Gazela) and one development field (Punja). NIS is registering interest of potential buyers by the end of January 2019 and expecting to receive letters of intent from potential interested parties until the end of February 2019.
