NIS Management Systems harmonized with international ISO standards

NIS received the certificates confirming that the systems of management in the company comply with the international ISO standards Certificates delivered NIS by representatives of the certification body of Bureau Veritas, which is one of the world leaders in this field. Company has received certificates for quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001, Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14001, Management System of Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS) according to OHSAS 18001 and Food Safety - HACCP. NIS also has extended the validity of certificate for the energy management system (EnMS) according to ISO 50001 for the next three years. Five management systems that NIS have been certified are integrated in the one system – Integrated Management System (IMS), which allows more efficient use of resources, effective implementation of the objectives and processes. Implementation and certification of unified IMS will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of NIS and achieving the company's vision – to be a recognized leader in the region for business efficiency and dynamics of sustainable development. Certificates delivered NIS by representatives of the certification body of Bureau Veritas, which is one of the world leaders in this field With regard to the award of the certificate, Andrej Shibanov, Deputy CEO and Director of Function for Organizational Affairs of NIS said: “Certificates which are assigned to us today represent a great recognition for all employees of the NIS who have actively contributed to achieve this success. This is also an indication that the NIS is developing in the right direction, and that way we will proceed. Unique Integrated Management System certification in NIS Novi Sad is the significant achievement, but for us it is only the first step and this year we expect activity to compete the system in the whole NIS Group”.
