At the start of 2018, as a result of their successful synergy, NIS and Sberbank Serbia created a common product – an improved On the Road with Us loyalty card which now gives the option of deferred payment of up to 45 days for fuel and goods at NIS Petrol and GAZPROM stations. In order to issue the co-branded payment card, Sberbank Serbia and NIS prepared a simple, digitalized and completely automated process enabling the users to submit an application and sign contract documents outside the bank’s branch offices at selected NIS Petrol and GAZPROM retail facilities. “We take great pride in the fact that Technobank recognized our effort and commitment in the field of innovations, pronouncing the On the Road with Us payment card to be the best banking technology in 2018. One of our main goals is to improve customer satisfaction through the placement of innovative products and efficient services. NIS and Sberbank Serbia have also developed a mobile application for Android and iOS platforms, available to all members of the On the Road with Us loyalty program.
