NIS submitted a request for a special license from the US Treasury Department and an amended request for delisting from the SDN list

On September 28, NIS filed a new application with the US Treasury Department for a special license that would defer the full application of sanctions and allow the company to continue operating.

NIS also filed an additional application to be removed from the SDN (Specially Designated Nationals) list. This is a lengthy and complex process, and the initial application was sent on March 14 of this year.
