On 30 September, the US Treasury Department issued a new special license that postponed the entry of full sanctions against NIS into force, and allowed the company to continue its operating activities until 8 October 2025 at the latest.
NIS reminds that it has also submitted an additional request for removal from the SDN (Specially Designated Nationals) list. This is a lengthy and complex process, and the initial request was sent on 14 March of this year.
NIS continues with the activities aimed at overcoming the current situation, and it will inform the public about any new circumstances that may affect the company’s operations, in a timely manner.
