The Board of Directors of NIS a.d. Novi Sad held a session on Friday, October 10, 2025, during which the company’s management presented a report on operational performance under the current U.S. sanctions regime.
The meeting was conducted in a constructive atmosphere, and the challenges the company faces in the newly arisen circumstances were clearly defined.
Management presented to the members of the Board of Directors a plan to ensure the company’s continued operations under the present conditions, as well as measures aimed at preserving employees’ social security and maintaining market supply until the sanctions situation is resolved by the relevant institutions and shareholders.
