On 23 January the US Department of the Treasury issued a special license to NIS Company on enabling the uninterrupted conduct of the company’s operational activities through 20 February 2026.
The new license allows NIS to maintain its business operation, contracts, and other agreements involving NIS or its operating subsidiaries, including refinery processing operations, crude oil imports, the execution of transactions essential for the security of supply and technical maintenance, as well as financial settlements.
NIS will promptly inform the public of all new circumstances that may affect the Company’s operations.
