NIS Applies for a New Special License from the U.S. Department of the Treasury

NIS has submitted a new application to the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) for a special license that would allow the company to continue its operations without interruption after 30 September, when the current license expires.

NIS emphasizes that the company’s uninterrupted operations, the regular functioning of the Pančevo Oil Refinery and a reliable supply to the market are of key importance for safeguarding energy stability in the Republic of Serbia.
