Solidarity and support to the community are most important when we are faced with situations that affect our daily lives. Having this in mind, NIS company provided five Jazak drinking water trucks to Čačak, Požega, Lučani and Gornji Milanovac, the cities facing problems with the water supply network.
Jazak water donation, in consultation with the local governments, was intended for institutions of public significance, such as hospitals, kindergartens and schools. By this gesture, NIS once again showed its readiness to support the community and act as a socially responsible company, as appropriate.
Members of NIS Volunteer Club, employees of the company, also participated in the distribution of water, continuing the campaign of supporting their fellow citizens and putting efforts to strengthen the community. In this way, in challenging circumstances, NIS volunteers once again showed their readiness to help where support is most important.
In these situations, the most important thing is to show solidarity and be there for each other. For this reason, NIS will continue to monitor the situation on site and, according to the needs of the community, support the citizens of Čačak and the surrounding cities.
