Company NIS and the Fest are for the third year the partners, and support is implemented in the company program named "Culture without borders" in order to affirm the film art and high art value, encourage new ideas, initiative, perseverance, and freedom of expression and enrich the cultural production of the country. In order to encourage creativity and innovation for film buffs, NIS has prepared a contest "with NIS on the Fest" for best short film on any subject shot mobile phone.
