At the first session of the new Board of Directors of NIS, Kirill Kravchenko was reappointed CEO of the company and Vadim Yakovlev was re-elected Chairman of the BoD. President of the General Shareholders' Assembly, Petar Škundrić, said that the company's shareholders rated results of activities of the BoD and the management team of NIS in the last three years as positive. "The programme of reforms, developed by the management of NIS and supported by the BoD provided excellent results. The company managed to resolve a range of serious issues, increase efficiency of business operations and launch development in several new directions," underlined Škundrić. bearing in mind those facts, reelection of the BoD members and reappointment of CEO are absolutely logical and natural steps, said Škundrić, adding that he hoped that, regardless of external conditions, NIS will continue with good results, at a satisfaction of all shareholders of the company.
