NIS Board of Directors appointed Alexandr Bobkov, with a Ph.D. in Economics, as its new member at the 19th meeting held on Monday 22, July following the resignation of Vladislav Baryshnikov. Dr. Alexandr Bobkov is currently the advisor to Gazprom Neft CEO, and is the executive director of OHTA, a public and business entity. So far he has worked executive positions in the fields of construction, production, real estate and trade.
