The projects will be selected by a committee made up of the representatives of NIS and local municipalities, as well as prominent personalities in local communities. Despite the global oil market crisis, the company has not reduced the funds to facilitate local communities, which is unchanged since 2015 to the tune of RSD110 million. For eight consecutive years NIS has been facilitating cities and towns in Serbia by way of its “Together for the Community” contest, thus strengthening partnership with the local municipalities of its operation. Up to now, almost 760 projects have been supported, with RSD800 million being invested into the development of the local communities.
