Deputy CEO, NIS, Goran Stojilkovic, was elected a member of the Supervisory Board of HIP Petrohemija

At the session of the Supervisory Board (SB) of HIP Petrohemija, held on 11th March, Goran Stojilkovic, Deputy CEO, NIS, who is in charge of the projects in the field of petrocehemical business in the company, was co-opted a member of SB. SB HIP Petrohemija’s priority work is the stabilization of financial conditions in the company, the fulfilment of the business plan for 2013, realization of the investment plan targeted at the increase of production potentials of HIP Petrohemija, change of company’s organizational structure and growth of work efficiency. SB HIP Petrohemija includes representatives of the biggest shareholders –the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and the companies - NIS and Srbijagas, as well as one independent member. SB HIP Petrohemija is in charge of the adoption of company’s business strategy and of the process of its realization, the risk management policy supervision, adoption of company’s financial business results, control of the performance of company’s executive bodies. Goran Stojilkovic was born on 13th September 1968 in Leskovac. He graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Belgrade in 1995. He started his career in the company –Zdravlje Aktavis Serbia. In 2003 he was appointed deputy CEO, and in December 2004 he was appointed the CEO of the company. In 2007 Serbian Chamber of Commerce proclaimed him – the manager of the year. He has a nine years long work experience in multinational pharmaceutical company. Since April 2009 until his arrival in NIS, he acted as the CEO of operations of the company - Actavis UK Ltd.
