Within the public contest “Together to the Community”, Company NIS has supported construction of a tennis court in the elementary school “Branislav Petrovic” in Slatina near Cacak. In addition to football, basketball and volleyball, from now on, pupils will be able to practice tennis too. Elementary school in Slatina is the first one on the territory of Cacak city which has a tennis court. Inauguration of the tennis court was attended by the Mayor of Cacak, Vojislav Ilic, representatives of NIS Company, as well as by Slobodan Zivojinovic, Radmilo Armenulic and Cedomir Soskic from the Serbian Tennis Association. After the inauguration, a revue match of Cacak women tennis players was held. The public contest “Together to the Community” has been opened by NIS in cities and municipalities in which this company operates and it covers areas of sports, culture, environmental protection, science and also areas of social and humanitarian projects. This year, public contest was opened for the first time in the city of Cacak. In this way, NIS and Cacak citizens have jointly endeavored to lift the social and sport life to the next level.
