For the Second Year Running, NIS Has Had the Best Relations with Investors

Awards to domestic companies for best relations with investors were announced today in Belgrade at the 11 th International Conference of the Belgrade Stock Exchange titled UPGRADE IN BELGRADE 2012. For the second year running, the award for best relations with investors was presented to NIS.

On behalf of NIS, Jelena Milovic, Head of Investor Relations received the award.

Other nominees included companies indexed at BERLEX which are highly liquid at the Belgrade Stock Exchange. The Award Committee used 50 criteria in three categories to evaluate investor relation activities. The final ranking of best companies was made based on data on reporting, published information on the corporate web site, and based on surveys of investors by the Belgrade Stock Exchange. NIS moved boundaries this year with its constant activities and improvement of relations with investors, and showed in practice that it implements its policy of full business transparency with the goal of timely, accurate and complete notification of shareholders and investors.
