Young chemists became eligible to compete at the International Chemistry Olympiad after winning in the Serbian Chemistry Olympiad, which is sponsored by NIS.“This year we had extensive help with travelling to the International Chemistry Olympiad. NIS provided the funds for the children’s preparations (organizing the Serbian Chemistry Olympiad), and for the trip to the international competition. In previous years, the Serbian Chemical Society and the Faculty of Chemistry covered the costs, and it was a lot harder. This year we are happy and grateful to NIS,” said the trip leader, Dr Nikola Radulović of the University of Belgrade. Young chemists became eligible to compete at the International Chemistry Olympiad after winning in the Serbian Chemistry Olympiad, which is sponsored by NIS. For the second year running and with the support of NIS, talented secondary school students are given an opportunity to participate in Serbian and international Olympiads in mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
