Mr. Kravchenko gave the lecture titled «What You Must Know to Become a CEO» as a visiting professor at this Faculty. The lecture raised the interest of numerous students The leadership lecture was prepared based on Mr. Kravchenko's personal experiences, as well as on the research the man on the helm of NIS conducted in cooperation with his Cabinet and INSEAD Business School by interviewing 20 managers of the largest international companies. The aim of this lecture was to acquaint future young leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the business world. Apart from everything else, students had an opportunity to hear something about the importance of education, direct immersion in the industry, management experience and some elusive categories, such as charisma and passion about the work you do. The lecture raised the interest of numerous students, who participated in the Q&A session after the lecture and got deeply involved in discussions with the lecturer. Mr. Kravchenko gave the lecture as a visiting professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences As a successful manager and businessman, Kirill Kravchenko has not given up on his academic career. Since he has a PhD in Economic Sciences, the NIS CEO lectures at the Dr Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology and Gubkin University in Moscow, and is a visiting lecturer at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. He has authored numerous science papers. He is assisted in his lecturing activities by his Chief of Cabinet, Mrs Nadezda Kokotovic.
