NIS is going to contribute nearly 22 million dinars to the project, i.e. 50 per cent of the funds, and the same amount is going to be earmarked by the Provincial Secretariat for Economy, Employment and Gender Equality. “This is how university and high-school graduates are given an opportunity to start working immediately after leaving school and to continue their professional development in the form of a traineeship in one of the most successful companies in Serbia. On the other hand, this is how NIS is provided with young and educated people, then turning them into skilled staff, who are crucial for successful business operations of all companies,” Mr Shibanov stated. As part of its NIS Chance programme, the company has employed over 660 young experts so far.
