Volfgang Rutenstofer is the new Independent Member of NIS’s Managerial Board, whose expansion and change in personnel is yet another step in the process of development of a corporative management systemof the company. Besides, newly elected, another two members of Managerial Board have a status of independent members, respectively Danica Draskovic and Stanislav Seksnja and by engagement of international experts in the field of management and energy business contributes to higher transparency of the work of the board, as well as higher efficiency of corporative management system.
