NIS company presented itself at Education Practice and Business Fair called “Career Days” which was held on April 25 at Master Centre hall within Novi Sad Fair. Being a partner of this event that has been held for 18 years, NIS wanted to establish a brusque contact with young experts interested in practice and employment. Apart from basic information on the company, students will be able to establish a brusque contact with the experts and individual interviews for primary job positions will be conducted at a special booth. In this manner, NIS being the most successful Serbian company wanted to present themselves as best employer, as well and this idea is based on a fact that company has excellent work conditions, protection and safety during work, motivation system, training and practice for the employees. Last year, NIS invested around RSD146 million in the development of personnel and special attention is given to the base of young talents.
