The "Employer of Choice 2016" survey was conducted in February and March. The survey took in the views of over 10,000 respondents, who ranked NIS second among our country’s most attractive companies to work for. The survey found that employers were most appreciated for good interpersonal relationships and a positive work environment, followed by professional development and career progression opportunities. Salary and benefits ranked third among the criteria for selecting the most attractive employer. Other criteria included job security, company image and reputation, and good employee treatment by the management. In regard to the relationship to company ownership, nearly 40 per cent of the respondents cited privately-owned foreign investors as the most in-demand companies. NIS is joined in the ranking of Serbia’s 10 most attractive employers by Coca-Cola Hellenic, Telenor, EPS, Telekom Srbija, Nordeus, Microsoft, Philip Morris, Pošta Srbije, and Delta Holding.
