NIS Honoured With Another Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award

The laureates presented with the awards in the CSR Leader in Change category, apart from NIS, include Telenor Bank, as well as the most successful individuals from Gorenje, TeleGroup and TRIZMA Group. The Special Jury comprised of representatives from the state authorities and media, as well as prominent moguls from Serbian business milieu. The laureates were selected and announced, among the rest, by: Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of State Administration Kori Udovicki, the President of the Executive Board of Banca Intesa Draginja Djuric, the CEO of the Marketing Agency Leo Burnett Misa Lukic, Editor-in-Chief of the weekly magazine Nedeljnik, Veljko Lalic, the Mixer House Director, Ivan Lalic; the Petnica Science Center Director Vigor Majic and our actor Svetozar Cvetkovic. Through its programs, corporate social responsibility, NIS was recognized for special engagement in socially responsible initiatives implemented through its CSR programs which have made a major contribution to the development of Serbian local communities, promoting cultural and educational life, sports, charities, and especially young talent development. Throughout 2014 alone, NIS invested nearly 600 million RSD in the corporate social responsibility projects.
