NIS’ open tennis school“ was held at the public square, Trg Repubike, during the weekend. Within the framework of sport popularization among the youngest population, boys and girls of 6 to 10 years of age had an opportunity to learn first steps in tennis. During the afternoon and evening Coaches from Tennis Association of Serbia were giving free of charge tennis lessons at five mini tennis courts in the center of the city. The initiative was organized by Tennis Association of Serbia in cooperation with Tennis Association of Belgrade, while NIS was the general sponsor of the event as a part of its program "Energy of Sport“ which the company implements based on its corporate social responsibility strategy. The aim of this program is to provide support to professional and children’s sport, clubs and national teams, as well as to promote sports and healthy living.
