Being a socially responsible company NIS supported the implementation of a work shop on traffic education for children named “Walking Safely“. This free of charge interactive educational program will be organized in front of the shopping center USCE in Belgrade. The first lesson about traffic, with the guiadance of instructors and lecutrers, the children of pre-school and school age will be able to learn in an interesting and amusing way, at the site with traffic signs and signals, including a replica of a NIS Petrol station. In the course of the activity that lasts from September 22 to 14 October, all children will have an opportunity to participate free of charge. Also, in cooperation with the Ministry of education and schools free of charge group visits will be organized. The activity is supported by the City of Belgrade, as well as the Agency for Traffic Safety. In this way NIS supported the raising of the level of safety for the children and their preparation for individual participation in traffic.
