NIS Supports Pančevо National Museum Restauration

The Hall of Ceremonies was opened today with the attendance of the Pančevo Mayor, Saša Pavlov, Sanja Lubardić, NIS top PR executive, numerous guests and press. The opening ceremony was attended by Sanja Lubardić, Director of Function for PR and Communications The Hall of Ceremonies wall paintings date back to 1838, representing Pančevo essential cultural identity, which was recognised by NIS, who facilitated the return of the National Museum to its former splendour. In 1948, the Pančevo National Museum edifice, due to its architectural and historical value, was declared cultural heritage of great importance. For seven years in a row, NIS has been facilitating the local communities’ development. The projects chosen in the public competition entitled “Together for the Community“ contribute to the development of the local community, facilitate the functioning of numerous institutions and streamline the operation of cultural, educational and sport institutions.
