President of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolić, said that NIS is a company that is doing great business today. “Russia understands us and big projects are only to be expected from this country. I did not participate in the energy agreement that has been signed, but now I ask of the Government to fully implement it,” said the President in a guest appearance on the television show “Serbia, Waiting for the Future”, aired last night on Channel 1 of the Serbian National Broadcaster RTS. Mr Nikolić added that he expected the construction of the Serbian part of the gas pipeline “South Stream” to begin in December, and that this would be a good occasion for the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, to visit Serbia.
