The company NIS is the general sponsor of the Science and Education Festival, which is held on May 7th and 8th at the campus of Novi Sad University The festival is a two-day event intended for wide range of visitors, and has popularization of science and education for its aim. Alongside with some interesting exhibitions, visitors will be able also to participate in experiments, aided and supervised by researchers and associates of the Novi Sad University and partnership institutions. The aim of the festival is popularization of science and education Science and Education Festival has been held for the second consecutive year, and last year, this event was visited by more than 15 thousand visitors of all age profiles, while 700 researchers, professors, students and other associates of Novi Sad University took participation in the organization of the event. Through its program “Energy of Knowledge”, NIS collaborates with the universities of Belgrade and Novi Sad, with elementary and secondary schools, as well as with numerous science-oriented institutes NIS sponsorship of the Science and Education Festival is only a part of continual support that the company has been offering to the work of scientific and educational institutions in the country.
