Mr Dybal received the gold medal for exceptional contribution to the establishment and strengthening of cultural and economic ties between the Russia Federation and the Republic of Serbia A medal was also awarded to Alexander Dybal, member of the Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft and this company’s Deputy CEO for Corporate Communications.
