Winners of NIS Case Challenge Announced

The winners of NIS Case Challenge competition are Tamara Raković, Aleksandar Ivanović and Aleksandar Sarić, undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Faculty of Organisational Sciences. The competition aims to bring together businesses and young people and to identify those who could find employment with the businesses in the near future, but also to help competitors develop practical skills in collaboration with the businesses. NIS readily joined the competition and selected an IT scenario for the case study. The task involved creating an automated response system, a module for submission of information and reports to users at the company. The study consisted of two parts – the goal of the first part was to design a solution that can support the requirements and the second part focused on its development. The final result needed to be a fully functional and tested module. The finalists presented their solutions to a panel of expert judges from the Company consisting of Dušan Ašanin, Director of Sector for Information Business System of Corporate functions of NIS, Bojan Marković, Manager for IT Business System Architecture, and Bojana Sajlović, HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions.
