NIS Group is one of the largest vertically integrated energy companies in Southeast Europe.

NIS is one of the most successful companies and among the largest budget providers in Serbia.

The Company’s core activities are exploration, production and refining of crude oil and natural gas, sale and distribution of a wide range of oil and gas products, as well as completion of petrochemicals and energy projects. The principal offices of NIS and the main production facilities are located in the Republic of Serbia: oil and gas deposits, the Pancevo   Refinery, storage facilities, as well as a network of petrol stations.

Other than its business in Serbia, NIS also operates in the countries of the region.  The oil and gas exploration and production activities are carried out in Romania and Bosnia-Herzegovina, along with company’s retail active in Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Romania. NIS operates a network of over 400 petrol stations in the Balkan market under two brands – NIS Petrol and the premium brand GAZPROM. Furthermore, NIS is active in electricity trade where, in addition to the Serbian market, it is present on the markets of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Romania, Slovenia and Hungary.
